This will be our second cruise, last one was only a 3 day one 10 years ago, now it is off next April spring vacation with the Kids, My Question is,, we return at 8 am on Sunday in Miami, we have a cat 11 suite, what time is the earliest we make our flight resverations home?
Thanks,,,
Most cruise line documents still tell you not to make them until atleast after noon. You never know when there may be a delay with the ship getting back into port or with customs clearing the ship. However; several cruise lines are offering self-debarkation if you can carry off all your own luggage, then your the first ones off. Also, since you are in a suite you would get priority luggage tags for first off, even if you want to have your luggage taken off by the cruise line.
OK I HAVE TO ASK WE HAVE A SUITE FOR THE FIRST TIME SO THIS MEANS WE WOULD BE ONE OF THE FIRST OFF THE SHIP WE ALREADY PAID FOR US TO BE ON THE SHUTTLE BACK TO THE AIRPORT, ARE WE GOING TO BE SITTING OUTSIDE FOR AWILE WAITING FOR EVERYONE ELSE.

YES YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR EVERYONE ELSE THIS IS WHY I DON'T USE SHUTTLES BECAUSE THEY ARE CATTLE CARS AND DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE IN A SUITE OR NOT THAT IS WHY IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO JUST TAKE A CAB OR GET A LIMO.
See how the above is hard to read and is annoying? Please release the caps lock key.
The shuttles are always a bad idea in my opinion. You arrive with 50 or so others, coming and going. It just creates a mess with luggage check-in and everything else. For the past 5 years we have gone with a limo service. When in Fort Lauderdale or Miami, I highly recommend Larry's Private Car and Limo. We have used them several times and always had great service.
