How much are drinks on Carnival?

Hello,
My husband and I are going on our first cruise next weekend it's Carnivals Fantasy and we were wondering if you could help give us advice on how much drinks(soda and alcoholic) are and how much are the drink cards? Thanks so much

Drink cards are 38.50 a piece and soda is about $1.25. Alcoholic drinks are about $7.00 a piece

We just got off the Fantasy Saturday. We had two Margaritas, they were $17.50! It was the last drink bought on ship.

This is from menory so forgive me if I am out a bit on the prices.

wine is from $4.75-$6.75 per glass
mixed drinks vary from $3.50-$7.00
Beer $3.75 (domestic)
coolers $3.75
soda $1.25

To put things in perspective - my husband and I went out to dinner last Saturday night, to a moderately priced restaurant (dinners in the $9 - $18 range), but the least expensive glass of wine on the list was $6.95 and they went up to $9.95..... I do believe that land prices are no bargain any more.... the last time we had margaritas at a Mexican Restaurant, they were $6.95....

You will want to purchase the drink card you will get your monies worth. The tea isn't so hot.

JUST got off the Fantasy. Well drinks are around 4.50. Be sure when you order a drink (not special of the day or special drinks) You say rum and coke and I want HOUSE rum. Otherwise they'll give you Captain Morgans or whatever for 5.95.
I brought on my own wine. Had a cooler on wheels but it did look like a suitcase. When we were checking in I asked the porter at the car check in if he could check it with my bags. He asked if it had ice in it, I told him no. Went right on with my suitcases. Had 4 bottles of wine, diet pepsi, sprite and small bottles of water. Room Steward filled it with ice every other day. It was GREAT. Also smuggled on a bottle of rum and vodka in the suitcase.
