what kind of shows do they have?

Vegas type shows, comedy, adult comedy, bands on the pool deck..you name it!

I can tell you are soooooo excited, triumph!!

There have always been singers (of one type or another) on any Carnival cruise hubby and I have been on. We've seen comedians (those are usually some of our favorite shows), broadway-type musical shows (well, okay, maybe off-broadway!), magic shows, we've even seen ventriloquist shows. Something I think they've started fairly recently, is where passengers audition during karaoke for a show where they perform, but "as" someone famous, like Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, Cher, etc. Sometimes the talent is quite good, sometimes not so much so, but we really enjoyed it, nonetheless!

awsome yes i am excited im excited to be away from the kids away from my man away from work just away. i have a four year old and i had a baby 9 months ago i need some peace i have never been on a vacation this is going to be great

I wonder if Triumph has the "dancing heads" lipsync video productions. Saw it on Princess last year and it was just hilarious!

I've never seen it (that doesn't mean anything, though!).....sounds funny.....what is it exactly?

It is really neat. There are 12 songs that you can pick from. Then you sit on a stool, they cover your body with a blanket/sheet leaving only your head exposed. On the video, a cartoon body dancing to the music you selected is spliced to your head, and if you are singing along it is quite a production!!!

Oh, now that sounds neat!

Plus, if it's lip-synching, I might do that. I won't do karaoke because I do NOT have a good voice. Hubby does, though, so we frequent the karaoke lounge!

You can just bob your head up and down, or lip-synch. Like karaoke, the words are on the screen in front of you. you can buy the disc for around $10. We get more laughs out of that every time we play it.
