Carnival PVP said they will remove the fuel charge, this was weeks ago when we paid the rest of the balance over the phone. However it is now within 40 days of sailing and I can't Print my E Docs because the web site thinks I still owe $126. Carnival phone message says they will remove it in 2 weeks, been saying that for a few weeks. Anyone know how I can see my balance from the web site or when the charge will really be removed? Or other suggestions on how to get my Docs?

It has been since December 5th when they made the announcement. They have had more than enough time to remove the charges. I would call them back and simply tell them you would like to do your pre-registration. See if they can't get them removed now.

CruiseDad, I would get on the phone with the PVP like Cruise Fanatic said about this. You are also still in the window to have the Docs mailed, unless they claim they have to use e- Docs.
