First time cruise with two daughters

I am braving it and going on my first cruise with my two daughters, ages 21 and 17. We are sailing on Victory for seven nights beginning December 15, 2002, to the Eastern Carribian. I have been reviewing and reading and I feel fairly well informed. However, what activities are geared for my daughters? Two of us are scuba certified, but one is not. We would like to stick together. Any recommendtions for excellent snorkeling? Any and all advise is welcome, Thanks
