I don't know measurements...but I do know that the Fascination does have a sauna. A separate one for men and ladies.
You do have to go through the spa to get to it and the gym....but it is free. Some people miss out because they think because it is connected to the Spa that it will cost extra.
Just walk up to the Spa desk and you will see one door for Men and one door for Ladies.
