Carnival Liberty Deck 10

Does anyone know about the front of the Carnival Liberty on deck 10? Cabin 1003 has a partially obstructed view. How is it obstructed? Can passengers walk in front of the cabin?

I have sailed on the Victory and the Glory, both simliar designs. Your room does have a pedestrian walk way in front of your room. However, the windows are tinted like a 2 way mirror, so you can't see into the room unless you have the lights on at night, with the curtains open. As for partially obstructed view, I am not sure about - you are looking forward to the right over the front of the ship
