Possible Oct Cruises.

Hello folks, I am thinking about taking an October Cruise 4 or 5 days. I have 3 trips in mind

Carnival Inspiration (Grand Cayman and Cozumel - inside cabins only)

Carnival Imagination (Key West and Cozumel)

Carnival Sensation (Freeport and Nassau)

I understand the Inspiration and Imagination received the full Evolutions of Fun upgrade last year - I would like to try it out. Could anyone who has sailed recently please provide comments on either ship?

I also understand the Sensation recieved a 1 month dry dock after the Katrina FEMA charters, what is that ship like?


For the exeption of Freeport, I have already been to the ports on the list.

I haven't been on either of those ships recently. I am chomping at the bit so to speak to go on one of the completed ships. So, I would pick either the Inspiration or Imagination. Also I am not a big fan of Freeport, though it is on my itinerary this time. If you can get a good deal I guess it wouldn't be bad to go there once. The Sensation is basically the same as the Elation you went on last year. Have fun choosing.

How about all of them I'd probably pick the Imagination because I love Key West and Cozumel. Now if they'd pair, Grand Cayman and Key West, that would be awesome. The only problem with Grand Cayman is tendering. If the seas are rough, you can't take the tenders in. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. Out of 6 visits to Grand Cayman, twice we couldn't get in, so it's pretty good odds that you can. I used to love Freeport, but everyone has said it's gone downhill badly. I've always enjoyed Nassau, so like I said-all of them

HI WE WENT OUT ON INSPERATION IN DEC-2007 AFTER THE RENOVATION AND HAD A GREAT TIME NO COMPALINTS ON ANYTHING. AFTER GETTING BACK WE BOOKED A TRIP ON IMAGINATION IN OCT-2008.
