Did know someone if between 1.4.-16.4 03 kids holidays in USA. ( Lot of children on PANAMCRUISE )

We are cruised in Oktober last year on the constellation, there was a very nice bar outside, but they are allways latest 6 PM closed , so we are very disapointed that we can have not a drink under the wonderful warm sky outside. Are the ( a ) bars open until midnight on the outside deck on the spirit ??
