can you bring your own alcohol on-board? can you buy and then use it, in the gift shops?

Although it is against the rules, you can probably bring a discrete amount of liquor aboard on embarkation day. You cannot buy it on the ship and then immediately take it to your cabin. Any purchases in the onboard liquor store are delivered to you on the last day of the cruise. And, you cannot bring booze aboard at the ports-of-call. Security will take it from you and you will see it again on the last day of the cruise.

I don't know if I should tell you thisbut we used an empty ginger-ale bottle to put our rye( whiskey) in after all it is the same color but thesmell would have given it away.We walked right in with it in our thermal cup holder that was fastened around my waist LOL!Had a great time with the pop card and our "gingerale"
