While it makes no difference to me what I read at this point (we are already booked), I love to read opinions and reviews on Triumph. Generally, the negative reviews (on anything) that I find on the net are from people that either did not do their homework or really just expect the world to be perfect!

On an old review of Triumph, someone mentioned chairs being available near the topless area.

Is this real? Does it still exist? I personally do not have any issue with it, nor would my wife even though we are bringing our kids. I am just surprised that it would exist on a public ship.

Eagerly awaiting someones response on this one!!!

All Carnival ships have a topless sunbathing area. It is usually on one of the higest decks and is clearly mark as a topless deck. Most ships have a canvas wrapping that encloses the deck, so that no one below can see in. It is done quite tastefully and your children will not be exposed to anyone sunbathing topless, unless they climb the stairs past the warning sign.

Have a great cruise!

The topless deck is great because most of the time NO ONE is up there and you have all of this room to lay out!

I guess I am CLUELESS! There is one on The Glory? I wondered if that was the truth too! I don't have a problem with it either but where was it?

Here is a picture of the sign leading to the topless deck on Carnival Victory.

The highest deck is top optional on most of the Carnival ships. On our cruise last year there was really only one couple that spent every day on that deck.

Blissfully, most of the modern world enjoys topless sunbathing. The United States of America is but a small part of the modern world.

The modern world, as well as Carnival Cruise Lines, does topless sunbathing with grace and elegance.

(Youngsters are never involved or even aware.)

when i cruised in june on the triumph, i went to the sun deck (on the same level as the fin tail) there was very little people there and it was quiet. out of the 4 days at see, there was only a couple of times that people was topless.
