My Carnival PVP told me he would send email requesting my OBC since the price of my cruise went down. I am supposed to get $180 OBC. When will I see this? When will I know it has been given? This is my first OBC, so wasn't for sure when to expect it to show up. Thanks!

If you have not received the email saying you will get it (it may just be another statement showing the changes) you should call your PVP and ask him to send it to you. Take a copy of the that email with you in case the credit does not show up on your account. But as Dave says, you should see the credit as soon as you board. You can check your account on your cabin TV and it should show up (you should also see the auto gratuity charges on the first day) If its not on there, take your email down to the Purser's/Customer Service desk and ask them about it.

I plan to print that information off from my TA now.

I just wanted to point out that unless someone booked a cruise and then switched to an available past guest special, they would not get an OBC based on being a past guest.
Dwayne, I have no idea what you are referring to when you mention, available past guest special.
I just know my TA told me when I booked with Carnival for the 2nd time, that I would (my guest as well, even though it is their first on Carnival) get an onboard credit of $50, because I was cruising Carnival again.
What you are referring to, do you get something more than that???

Just a little side note. Not all Carnival Ships have TV folio reviews from your stateroom. I was disappointed becuase the Destiny did not, when they lost my S&S card at the spa I wanted to watch it closely but all I could do was go to the pursers desk and ask for a copy when I wanted to see it.
