This cruise is our first (my husband & I) and I need help. My husband is not the kind of guy to get dressed up but I have convinced him that a tie for captains night will not be the end of the world. I was wondering if anyone knows the cost of renting a suit on the ship? I have seen in all the brochures and on the website that they do rent suits but I haven't been able to find a price. Help please, this may be my only chance to actually get him out of his jeans and t-shirts.

You can go to Carnivals Web site and click on Gifts & Services and then click on Formal wear. They have dinner jackets and shirts and Tuxedos for rent. I have never rented from Carnival but have on Celebrity Cruises. It worked out well they have it in your cabin when you board and you just leave it in your cabin after your cruise. I am going to rent a tux on our cruise on the Glory Aug 16. Hope this has been of some help.
