When you go on excursions and swim with dolphis, or go horseback riding in the ocean, what do you do with your passport and room key? I'm afraid to just leave it in my backpack laying on the beach where someone could swipe it. I also don't want to risk it getting wet in the ocean. What do y'all recommend? Thanks!!!
Leave your passport in the safe in your room. Watch the Capers and listen to Cruise Director but every port I have been in so far, and that is many, only needed your sail and sign card and a picture ID. Use your drivers licence and then both are water resistant. Carry them with you in a zip lock bag or water wallet. I carry a separate wallet with me that has sail and sign, Drivers Licence and a Credit card. They get wet and I don't care.
