Carnival announces Cozumel port plans thru Dec.

As many of us were wondering, we now have an answer. If you click on this link, here , you can see the official decision on where cruises are going. Seems it varies on which ships and itineraries will call on Cozumel.

Just checked with Carnival and found out that the Triumph sailing on 12/24 IS going to stop at Cozumel but the hours are now 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (originally the plan called for 7:00 AM to Midnight) OK for divers and the folks curious about the hurricane damage. Not so good for Carlos and Charlies fans like my son!

I'm sure we'll find some other ways to stimulate the local economy!

I am also a fan of CArlos and Charlie's I wanted my husband who has never been to experience it. Looks like we are gonne be going to Costa Maya instead and Im very dissappointed but oh well. We really want to see a beautiful beach but I dont know what we're in for.

That's great information, but what about the trip leaving Jan 1? Can one day really make a difference? Don't want to pre-book Cozumel excursion (which we have looked forward to for months) if there is probability of a change...
