Has anyone used carnivals e-docs? My cruise is in 49 days and for some reason the website wont allow me to print the documents or even see them. Are they only available at a certain time? Only the fun pass is accessible when i click to print the sign and sail aplication, it brings me back to the home page!
The "Fun Pass" is your boarding pass. If you're having trouble with the process simply call your T/A or 1(800)CARNIVAL and let them know you're having trouble with pre-registration. They can enter the info for you by phone.

Larry, CCL has gone to eDocs, no more actual tickets unless specifically requested. That leaves HAL as the lone holdout for paper tickets. You can still get them by request from some but the paper tickets are becoming a thing of the past.
Well good to know that im not the only one who is having difficulties. Well initially i was using firefox, after failed attempts witht hat browser tried internet explorer and still no luck!
Oh yeah so i did call carnival, and was speaking with an exceptionally uneducated service rep who basically kept on repeating the same thing to me: " Once you as the customer select tor recieve e-docs, thats basically your only option, there is no way to change back to paper tix". Ha I had to cover the phone and take a few deep breathes before i could respond. To my understanding they are trying to completely eliminate paper documents to cut down on their supply and shipping costs. However they havent quite worked out all of the online bugs yet!
fell, call back, that happens regularly. They have heavy turnover and you'll frequently get a trainee who should still be in training. A trick of the trade for this situation is to say "One moment please" put the person without a clue on hold and call back again. This makes sure you don't get the same person, they're on hold. When you get the next agent (if they seem to have a clue) go back to the first line and say "nevermind, I found what I was looking for". During their hiring season at the end of the year I've had to have three lines on hold before to get someone who knew more than how to answer the phone.
