Carnival Tendering in Cozumel

Is CCL still tendering in Cozumel, or if there is an open pier, do they dock there?

I'm mostly wondering about how long it will take to get ashore if we don't book an excursion. The last time we got tendered in the first or second boat since we had a fishing excursion that started @ 10AM, (BTW no fish caught on that excursion, but the girlfrined got a little queasy )

We're doing our own beach thing and I'm just wondering when we can expect to get ashore.

i was on the ccl triumph and we docked in cozumel...the dock was obviously destroyed by last years hurricanes but they temporarily repaired it and are currently fixing it up. while we were there a rccl ship parked near us and tendered thier passengers in...i dont know if thats because we got there first at 6:30am or if it was because we were bigger or maybe carnival paid more...but we did dock there on 9/4...good luck
