Does anyone know if Nextel will pick up in Belize, Cozumel, Grand Caymen, or Costa Maya????????

You will need to call your cell phone provider. I have T-Mobile and they said they charge 4.99 a minute. So be sure to call as opposed to being slammed with a huge cell bill.

My nextel phone don't even work in San Juan or St. Thomas. I know Verizon does.
