I'm leaving on the Victory Jan 17th and would like to know if they reinstated the fuel sircharge?

Not yet, and hopefully not! It could happen though if oil prices keep going up. I sure hope it doesn't happen again.

I'm coming in from north Jersey, so I'm looking forward to the sun & the sea, crank up the AC.

OK maybe not right about now I'll take anything above 75.
