Hawaii in 2008

It will be Hawaii in 2008 on the Spirit. Two days in Kahulua, Maui and a day in Nalliwilli, Kaui. Any suggestions on shore excursions on those two islands for two seniors who are not into beaches and bicycles.

On Kauai there is an excursion that does a river cruise, luau and romantic ceremony at Smith's Tropical Paradise ( I know, what kind of a Hawaiian name is Smith--long story); we are two seniors who really loved it; beautiful setting, good food, and a very touching yet brief ceremony--sort of a renewal of vows, or rededication to each other. We did it off a Princess ship, but I imagine all lines offer it.

Defintely drive the Road to Hana from Kahului, you can pick and choose what you wish to do, with many of the sites visible from the car.
