Dave: Well said, who cares where you sit, I witnessed many people wanting tables moved ect, we had a side table, and 90% of the people in our area Had the time of our lives, would not have traded it for anything , people have to relax and let things flow,,,, have fun
It's usually dark when you have dinner anyway...
People make the dinner not the position of the table.....plus you are assigned a table anyway....Happy Sailing and Happy Dining....
Hello to everyone!!! I have not gone on my cruise yet, all these good tips are helping me a lot. By the time I go, it will not feel like I am a first time cruiser.
Thanks
I've never had an issue with a table location. I did have a problem with some table mates once. The first night all I heard was criticism and complaints about everything. I thought I'm not going to listen to this all week, and asked to be moved. I was glad I did, the new table mates were great.
Dwayne, I wondered what happened to you after dinner that first night!
Were you Tom and Rhonda? I remember it now. Did you have a daughter named Heather? I just remember all the complaints about every little thing. And some blathering about what you paid for the cruise.
I dont think there are a bad table in the dining room either. The table mates are one of my favorite memories of the cruise.
BUT on one cruise we had a table mate...a married man traveling single ( i think we can all imagine what he was cruising for) and was very offensive. Since my sister and I travel without our husbands (with their blessings) I think he thought we were going to be his next "victim". We were very offended, needless to say we went to the matre de and he moved us after the first night...
