I would post this message on the singles part of this website too and see if some other singles could give you a good idea of which ships. I am married with kids so I am not sure. My best friend is single though and cruised with us in March and she felt a little awkward and left out at times I believe. We tried to include her in everything but there were times when me and my husband were hanging out and the kids were busy in Camp Carnival.
I am pretty sure the Carnival Capers(daily schedule that comes to your room each night) did list things for singles to do though.

I would think either Carnival or Royal Caribbean. It would depend on your expectations. Carnival would be more of a party animal atmosphere, while Royal Caribbean would be more sophisticated. Both would have a good number of singles in your age range. I would think the Western Caribbean would be your best itinerary choice. Every post has a singles oriented bar or restaurant that most singles end up at while in port.

However, there is never second guessing a specific passenger load. Once I was on a cruise that had filled up with the most obnoxious group I have ever run across. The cruise was miserable (for me) simply because of this one group that was on it.

Let us know what you decide.

Tom
