Cat 5A stateroom on Legend

Does anyone know where I could find a picture from inside one of these 5A cabins. Carnival site does not have a picture for some reason and I haven't been able to find one anywhere. I was just upgraded to this category and I have read a few posts about the French doors and obstructed view but I would love to see a picture. Thanks!

We just returned from the Legend. We had a cat 5A cabin.The cabin look's just like the the one in the brochure that is marked ocen view cat 8. The one of the conquest on page 20 look's exactly like it. If you pick one of these try to get one that is between the life boat's. You will have a pretty good view from one of those. By the way this was an excellent cruise,one of the best we have ever been on.The service was great in all departmnt's and the food quality was better than some of the premium line's we have been on.It was a very good cruise.I hope this help's. Im in 4125, in the brochure it looks like we might be between the lifeboats, dont know how accurate the picture is though. thanks for the info, glad to hear you had a good time too!

Cabin 4123 would be better if you can change it.Or 4141 or 4149. All of these will give you full view. On the other side you could pick4148 4140 or4122 these cabins are also full view. We had cabin 4140 and the view was very good. Tom

Im considering the same type of stateroom on the Pride the Legends sister ship! Glad I could help. By the way I was on the Legend last April she's a lovely ship with a good crew, you should be in for a great cruise!

We really enjoyed the Legend. It was one of the best cruises we have been on. I think we will do it again, but different itinerary this time.I really can't say enough good thing's about the ship and the crew.It was excellent. Tom

Thanks for your help Tom and Showcat. Its good to hear you both had such a good time. It is too late to change my room Tom but I think it will be fine. By the way what was the average age of the passengers on your Legend cruises? Im leaving from NYC with a group of people mid 20s to 30s. Will we be in the minority?

I would say people 35-45 were the largest group some older, some kids and teenagers. This time of year if Spring Break is still going on there might be more younger people.

If your singles I suggest in the future booking an escorted singles cruise with a company like Vacations to Go.com click escorted singles cruises. There is going to be some very big groups on the Halloween cruises. Im going on one with some fun gal friends I know.Though we are in the 30? age group people we look much younger. I've been on 2 of these singles cruises and I highly reccomend them you always have a big group of people to hang out with, and lots of private group activitys and party's!
