I took this excursion a few years back and I have to say I was very disappointed with it as were the other 4 people with me. The description, "travel through Playa Del Carmen towards the exotic vegetation of a tropical jungle" was very misleading. You drive the jeep yourself through poverty stricken Playa (and the road rules are crazy!) then through a dump to get to the beach. The beach itself was nice and the caverns were cool, but the rest was "fluff" in the description and not reality by any stretch of the imagination.
