Guaranteed Cabin 8A

Hi All,

Noob here

Could someone just confirm that if I book a Guar. Cabin 8A or a Guar. BL( on the Pride) that there is little or no chance I will be assigned a Oceanview Balcony 7A,which has obstructed view?

Hi firhill, welcome to Cruise-Chat. You are absolutely not going to be assigned a catagory lower than what you guarantee. You will more than likely be bumped up, but not down. Best wishes for a fantastic cruise, and once again, welcome aboard!

Hi firhill, and Welcome to Cruise-Chat!

As Penny noted, if you book an 8A Guarantee you will be in 8A or higher.

However, if you book just a Balcony Guarantee there is a chance you could be assigned a 7A obstructed view.

At least this is my understanding of the new categories.
