carnival web site??

anybody else having trouble with the carnival web site?? twice now i have made a payment on my cruise and it says thankyou for your payment but the it doesnt go through????

Hey Cowboy,

The site shuts down sometimes to do maintenance.

Just call the number and they will take your payment and email you a reciept. Just have your booking number.

I didn't have that problem. My problem was that they undercharged me $300 and said I was paid in full. Some problem... I had to call and tell them for fear of Karma :{

Should have told them you assumed the $300 was a "special" and you assumed they credited your account. The are running all kinds of deals right now.. I would call them back and tell them you are seeing special offers for your cruise week (which there are) and see if they can't give you a cabin upgrade or an on board credit.. won't hurt anything.. they do it all the time.

Karma does not equal stupid. It was Karma that gave you the price break. It was Stupid that did not take advantage of Karma's gift.
