I have heard that the Carnival Sail and Sign Card can have a hole punched in it so that it can be worn on a lanyard while on board. Has anyone done this?

Yes, you can get this done at the casino cage. They provide you with a lanard too. Just tell them you want it for the slot machines so you won't forget your card in the machines.

I would also assume you can have it done at the pursurers desk.

We have also had this done at the purser's desk. Our kids wear their cards on a caribineer (sp?) hooked to their shorts, or bathingsuit or whatever they are wearing - so they won't loose it. It works well. Just make sure you don't punch the hole on the same side as the magnetic strip on the back!!

I'm jealous! You have nine more days to go before boarding the Miracle and I board it March 6th. Please write a review when you get back.

Actually, it is a bungee cord type thing they give you in the casino with a hook on the end. I know this because I have a bad habit of leaving my Sail&Sign in the slots. The cruise before last I lost 2 cards, and had to have new ones made.

Don't forget to duck if you don't pull it out of the machine when you leave and it wants to follow you

That is true and pretty funny.

If you sit at the same machine for a while you can forget you have the darn thing hooked to you!
