Has anyone done the Internet Cafe on a cruise? I'm looking for the prices. We would need to pre-register for our air flights 24hrs prior, and we will be at sea. Also, my husband is a BIG fantasy football member and would like to check his team during the week.

Thanks,
Nicol

Hi Nicol, I haven't used the Internet Cafe. Here is a link to the pricing info.

I have used it sparingly because it is sooooooooo slow. Don't let them fool you about high speed.

Yes, there is a activation fee plus you buy time by the minute. You are better off buyin the 100 minute package if you plan on using the internet more than a couple of times.

It is very slow. The last thing you want to do is login and access your email account and start typing a message while connected. What we did was open up a notepad window or even use their text editor, compose our email and then log in and copy and past the text into an email and send it. That saves time.

For email or web browsing it is ok. I have tried uploading photos and that did not work.

What Jim said is the best way to send email, write them offline then login and send them.

Jim is correct, write off line and then sign on and send it. the pricing plan link is correct, they will also give you 10% more minutes for signing up the first day.
They will also have a couple of two for one minites time slots.
I just got off the Pride and will post a mini review in a few days.
she is a good ship...you will enjoy her.
