Are tips included in fares for Carnival?

Only if you specified you wanted them added to your final payment. If not then they will be one of the first charges put on your Sign and Sail card once onboard the ship.

The tips are not included in the cruise fare. The recommended guideline is $10 per person per day. They can be pre-paid, if not they will be added to your shipboard account, as travelgal noted.

Normally, they would not have been included in any price that was quoted you by any on-line site, TA or Carnival.

However, you can elect to pre-pay them before you sail.

Otherwise, they will simply be added to your Sail and Sign card on the first day.

It is $10 per person per day. (except for children under the age of 2)
