San Diego Lodging

Posted this earlier and it seems to have disappeared! Did I do something wrong!

We are going on the Spirit the end of Feb 2007.
When we stay in San Diego area we are normally not crusing and staying in a different section of town. Any one know of any good (not to much $) Park and cruise motels in San Diego?
We have been on the Pride before and am told this ship is a sister ship. Think we are in 8247, last time we were in a window with a partial view which was find, but looking forward to the change.

Give a call to Holiday Inn San Diego-On The Bay. I believe that if you stay in the hotel, they do have the option of keeping your car parked there during your cruise. My husband and I stayed there before our Carnival cruise in Dcember of 2005...VERY convenient. However, we took the train and not our car, so parking wasn't an issue for us. Still, I seem to remember that you could arrange parking. Here's their phone number: 1-619-232-3861, and good luck!
