Yes! Our 17 year old son enjoyed the group in March of 2006. I don't think they have a dedicated room. They just meet at spots around the ship but they had a lot of fun.

My son is 16 and a little on the shy side of outgoing. Once he meets kids his own age, he settles in quickly. Any pointers or things that were fun that your son might have some insight on that I could tell my son? At this point, anything helps...there hasn't been a lot of input on these boards with regards to teens and their perspective. Thanks!

Hi Islandman,

I also have a 16 son. We have been on 4 different crusies and he always meets kids his age. The best thing for your son to do is to go to the opening night get together. They will tell all the teens about the weeks events and parties. This is also one of the best times to met someone because they are in the same situation as your son is. They don't know anyone either and are looking to meet others.
He will have a great time.

I am interested in the Holiday Cruise Ship. Does it have a O2 club. What activities are available for 15 and 17 year old girls? Thanks, for any help.

Carnival has Club O2 on every ship. The only difference is that one some ships they actually have their own Club Room.

I know the Fantasy class ships have their own Club Room.

Regardless, attend the meeting the very first night listed in the Capers to sign up. If they don't have their own Club Room, they simply meet at different places around the ship. They will give you a Club O2 Caper that will give you the activities, time and location for the entire cruise.

Happy Cruising!!
