The Triumph is looking good. My daughter is part of the cast now. It is her third contract on the Triumph. They had a little water trouble after dry dock back stage and in the crew quarters but it is all taken care of now. It was all pipes, nothing to the ocean.
premiere night of the new show "Big Easy" was a water leak back stage, How ironic was that.
Welcome to cruise-chat cmjb-4ever. We were on Carnival Triumph Nov. 2, 2008. It was in good condition, they even added a big screen TV on the outside Deck by the pool.
I don't remember the TV being out there the first time we cruised on the Triumph. The food was good, but for some reason the drinking water (out of the sink in the bathroom) didn't taste very good like on most of the other ships we've been on. My personal opinion is that I would travel on the Triumph again.

Thanks Dave, I was just hoping they added refridgerators to balcony rooms during reinbursment of the Triumph. It is one of my favorite ships I've cruised but I enjoy a refridgerator in balcony rooms. Hopefully they will add them soon.
I'm pretty sure Cassandra is referring to a mini-bar type fridge.
They didn't list mini-bars on the drydock completion list. If they do eventually put them in I'm guessing they'll do all the balconies at once first for consistency. I don't know for sure though and am relying on their info.
