Someone posted a link where you can go and view OBC online. There, it listed a breakdown of charges. I can't seem to find the thread and I can't get to that screen through the secure.carnival site. Does anyone have the link.
I'm trying to understand your question. OBC is on board credit. That could be various amounts applied to your account by various sources. You could have got on board credit from your Travel Agent or from a booking promotion. I don't understand what you mean a break down of charges. Could you possibly be referring to the on board service charges to your cabin steward and wait staff?
If I am understanding the question, you will have to register your cruise where it says "My Cruise" at the top right of the main page. I am not sure if it will list the OBC's. If it does it should be in the Documents on the page that has the itemized charges listed. I think it is the first page of the "Guest Cruise Ticket Contract" section.
If that doesn't work, ask your TA or PVP to email a Guest Confirmation with the itemized charges/credits. I don't know how it works if you booked directly online with Carnival.
Dwayne, if you book with a PVP then your cruise charges (and any OBCs show up online in cruise details (if you look under the make payment tab) But if you have a travel agent book the cruise, you can't see your balance for some reason. But it does show any OBC if you can view your balance.

Thanks! I wasn't sure where it would be located or how it would work with regards to how they booked the cruise. I was going by where the OBC's are listed with mailed docs. I've never used a PVP or booked directly online before.
I did register my cruise today just to take a look. I didn't go further than the Documents first page. It did have the option to choose the method of receiving the Docs this time. Last time they didn't have the option, and if you went in the Document section it would automatically default to E-Docs.
I'll go ahead and choose the Mailed Docs on the page and see what happens, and what I can see by booking with a TA. I shouldn't have any OBC's though, yet.
Sorry about the question being confusing. I wasn't looking for OBC. It was just that another poster (possibly from another forum) was looking for their OBC and posted a link to that page. When I clicked the link, I keyed in my reservation # and on that same screen, it listed a breakdown of all charges such as cruise amount, port taxes, gratuities and I can't remember what else. I wrote down the site for future use (secure.carnival.com/bookmodify) but I can not get back to it so I was looking for the post that listed a link. Thanks to all who responded.
