When it comes to chocolate melting cake,I am with Penny on this one. I am not a big dessert person either, Dave, but that particular treat is intoxicatingly good.
Other than that, I would have to add that I am a big fan of Carnival's escargot. I never get it at a restaurant but I never miss it when Carnival offers it. Now, I can't wait until next Thursday to get my Carnival food fix!!
That mac and cheese did look so good, i have never seen that before on a carnival ship. I hope i'm able to try it one day. It's funny because i'm not a big fan of chocolate cake but when i tried that melting cake i became hooked instantly its just something about it. And the real bad part is i'm not a big dessert fan either.

I first saw it this past July on the Holiday. I usually ignore the side items since they are so often boring. But I tried the mac and cheese and it was "wow, this is really good".

Something i like to do after dinner is to look at the waiter's face when I tell them I want a bannana split.It catchs them off guard the first time but they do make a good bannana split.

I'm lucky to walk out of there without my pants splitting. I thought I heard some seams coming apart during an O Sol Mio rendition once.
My favorite entree was the Sea Food Platter (which was seen in a photo in one of the previous replies in this post). It included Florida Lobster tail and shrimp. The NY Strip Steak was a close second.
My favorite soup was Chilled Sweetened Mango Soup.
My favorite dessert was (like everyone else) the Chocolate Melting Cake.
I also enjoyed the Pizza in the aft Lido area.
I enjoyed the sushi they had at the sushi bar.
I also enjoyed quite a few cheeseburgers and hotdogs at the grill in the aft Lido deck area (across from the Pizzeria).

What I like about Carnival's cheeseburgers is they are not pretentious. They are good old greasy burgers just like those served at a diner/dive/drive-in (my apologies to Guy Fieri) that really hit the spot.
