I have only been on two Carnival cruises, but I have not had a bad meal yet! The food has been incredible! I gained 7 1/2 pounds on my last 7 day cruise! No wonder I can't wait for the next one. The Beef Wellington was magnificent!

Yes, the Beef Wellington is awesome! http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...icon_smile.gif
Why did you have to bring this up on frozen pizza night? http://bestsmileys.com/lol/21.gif I have quite a few favorites. Seafood Newburg is another for the main course. My favorite soup is the pumpkin. And of course my favorite dessert is Chocolate Melting Cake. I have to limit myself with that indulgence though. http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...icon_smile.gif For room service it would be a BLT with cheddar, or a roast beef and brie. For the Deli it is a toss up between a Reuben and the jalapeno turkey wrap. And there is nothing like slumming it a little on the Lido deck with a cheeseburger and hotdog while watching the blue sea. Why am I hungry now? http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...on_biggrin.gif Dwayne |
I look forward to the long island duck and going to the lido late at night for a yummy piece of pizza and ice cream cone before bed. I am not really a big pizza eater at all until I get on a Carnival ship and don't hardly eat any pizza on a RCCI ship.

I always head for the NY Deli and start the cruise with a Reuben.

CruiseDad, that is my first sandwich from the deli too. http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...on_biggrin.gif
I heard a few people raving about the corned beef and pastrami combo (if that is what it's called). I didn't have the chance to try it. Mike, I like Carnival's pizza too. I like to get some if I'm out late in the casino to take back to the cabin. Dwayne |
Any questions??

I truly have to stay away from that melting cake on carnival man if you dont you can get caught up into eating it every single nite. http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...on_biggrin.gif

I finally tried the chocolate melting cake this past summer. It was good but I am not going to become a fanatic over it. I am not a big dessert eater anyway. I'd be happy with just a slice of pie or a scoop of ice cream.
I get a corned beef on rye from the deli in embarkation day. Note that little cup of macaroni and cheese in one of Gary's photos. It is delicious. They use a good sharp cheddar. I could eat a big bowl of it as an entree. |
Chocolate Meling Cake, hands down! Ok, Beef Wellington for a main course, but I'd rather have the chocolate melting cake.
