Where are the tenders docking in Cozumel?

I'm trying to arrange a Jeep rental in Cozumel and need to know where the tenders are loading / unloading Carnival Triumph passengers? Anyone that went recently recall the place? Is it at the old Puerta Maya pier or downtown? Thanks, in advance!

Going on the Triumph 12/24/05! Can't wait!

Just came back...I believe it's down town. Tendering was a mess...I hope they straighten it out...good luck!!
