Does anyone know if irons are on the Triumph, or if you can get one if needed?

They had an iron and ironing board available, but it's in the laundry room that is available for the guests. I'm not sure what deck it was on, but you will be able to locate it once you get onboard.

Just be aware that sometimes the line to use that iron can be a long one! Try to pick a time that most people will be doing something else.

Alternatives: take along a travel iron, use a "wrinkle releaser" spray, or make use of the ship's laundry service.

Hello everybody,

please remember that irons must not be used in your cabin. It is prohibited because irons are considered a major fire hazard. If you would like to use an iron, please make use of the self-service launderettes or bring a portable steamer which is much safer.

I wasn't aware of that! Very good to know!

I'm glad steamers are okay....I think we've taken them before.

Yes, we just got back off the Triump this spring. We were on deck 6 and there was a small room that had (I believe) 2 washers/2 dryers. Also a fold down ironing board and iron. The iron was up so high, I had to ask someone to bring it down to me. The room is very narrow, so it won't hold many people. I went in around 3:00, when most people were either in the rooms or out on the decks.

If you have any other questions, and I can answer, please let me know. We were very happy with the ship.
