Can you only bring 1 carry-on (24"x16") or can you also bring another, like a garment bag.

Whatever you can carry on is allowed...

We bring 2 to 3 carryons....one with an oxygen concentrator for my wife....

There is no restriction as to the NUMBER of carry ons. The only restriction is the SIZE.

It must be able to fit through the security screening machine (which is about the same size as an airport security screen)
