I just booked another cruise and this time I saved about $150.00 per person. My personal cruise planner keeps a copy of my DD-214 and that is all she need's. Sometimes you can use the discount on up to 6 cabins. Depending on the Cruise.Just a reminder, if you don't ask you won't get it. Thanks Carnival! Tom

Is this strictly for veterinarians or can psychologist sign up too?

A physcologist can use it if he is a Veteran!

I agree with Tom.

I talked to a guy at the VA yesterday and he said he got a total of $500.00 for him and his wife on the Trimuph. I don't know about ya'll but that ain't chump change. Thanks again Carnival, I am locked into them as long as they keep this kind of deal up!NO OTHER LINE DOES THIS FOR US.

Thomas....other lines do offer military discounts. We received a 10 day Hawaiian oceanview cruise last year for $249.00 pp on NCL. If you go to and click on military discounts you can check the discounts for all the lines offering them.

That is good to now, I tried Holland America and nothing, tried Celebrity a few years ago and nada. But I did not try NCL.

thomas stanton 06-21-2007 11:57 AM

You have to be active or retired military to get the discount ON NCL. Most of the other lines that offer a discount are the same way.Tom
