Imagination

Hi folks

I posted a few days ago that I was looking for a 1st cruise as s uurpirse for hubby. A friend has offered to take my kids for longer than expected...so i can now go for a 5 night cruise!! Yippee!!
The 5 nights out of Miami on the Imagination has caught my eye..it goes to Grand Cayman & Jamaica. We would be going in Sept.
Any comments, suggestions etc??? Would this be a good 1st cruise? I don't have a huge budget (as it's a surprise I have to be careful!), so can't afford the dream Alaskan cruise!!

The Imagination is a fun ship, you might want to check out it's sister ship the Inspiration out of Tampa too. There is alot to do in both Grand Cayman & Jamaica. For first time visitors to Jamaica they usually do the Dunn River falls. For Grand Cayman swimming with the Sting Rays is a big attraction. Grand Cayman has some nice shopping too.

I am going on the Imagination 6/19/06 and it is our first cruise. I will let you know my thoughts when I return.
I do not see much mention about the Imagination on these message boards.

If you go to the top left of the cruise page and click on find, then type the word imagination in the serch block and hit enter, you will have dozens of pages concerning things written on/about the imagination ship for CCL. Hope this helps and have fun on your cruise.
