CCL VIP Concierge Check-In

We just returned from the Valor 7-day west carrib cruise and all we can say was WOW!!!!

First and foremost, I MUST praise CCL's VIP Concierge program. From the time we arrived at the port, parked the car, and were on the ship, 20-minites had passed. That is no lie, 20-minutes. We were whisked into a private lounge where we were checked in, then escorted to security, put our carry-ons thru x-ray machine, went upstairs, grabbed our sail/sign cards, then on the ship.

We had canapes and desserts delivered to the cabin 3 of the nights. Debi received a nice 'Concierge' logo beach bag. Dinner reservations at Supper Club were always confirmed for the time we asked. We never saw a line for tenders (if applicable) for any shore excursions.

During our disembarking, we got up at 7:30, had breakfast, grabbed our carry-on bags and were off the ship by 9:00. Oh, and let me say, the Concierge service doesn't stop at disembarking. We again were esorted to customs, walked right thru with no line or waiting. Fantastic.

ok is this vip concierge because you were in a cat 11 or12 suite or what

Can you explain this program, and how you get it?

This link is for the Carnival VIP check-in. It used to be just for guests booked into suites, but they added platinum level past passengers to the program a while back. I think Platinum is those with 10 or more Carnival cruises.

thanks we don't have ten years either but working on it but we do have a cat 11 suite vip check in it says on our docs so i guess we'll see what that is

Jerome, yes, if you are booked in a suite this service is available to you. Take advantage of it. It will add so much to your cruise.

Thanks for posting the info. Did you notice if they had the concierge section set up at the info. desk?

They are supposed to have priority tender service too, can't wait to see how that works as we may be tendering on Cozumel.
