Even when on vacation I can't get completly away from work

Is it worth it to drag my laptop along, do they even have in room wirless, or pay for the internet lounge? I have a sprint AirCard for my laptop, has anyone had any luck with those at sea/in port?
I must log in atleast once a day, which is cheaper?
