Yes, most definitely! Your travel agent can order these things from Carnival for you (cake, balloons, decorations for the room), or you can order gifts online when you complete your funpass.

Hi Petunia,

Cabin decoration for a birthday costs 32 dollars. A cake is $7.95 to $9.95, depending on size. Check out the options here: Carnival Gifts

If you let the matrie'di know before dinner the night before or even the night of before your seated that there is a birthday they will send a birthday cake to your table and the staff sings Happy Birthday the cake is only big enough for 4 people but they do not charge you for it, its complimentary, we had two birthdays at our table my daughter and another guest sitting with us at our table, so we had 2 cakes sent to our table

The dining room birthday experience is not to be missed! As peachcrek noted, you get the cake and the unforgettable sound of an international group of waiters singing "Eppy Birzdey"! And before anyone accuses me of belittling the staff - I got the "eppy birzdey" comment from a wonderful Polish maitre'd on the Century several years ago. He even made fun of the way they sang it!
