Best cruise for 18yr old college trip?

My friends and I are planning a cruise trip for our Senior trip... Does anyone know what would be the most fun for the money? We are looking for a 4 night cruise. We don't care about rooms, as we will just be using them to sleep, so somewhere around $300-$500 per person would be the best range. Carnival or any other cruise line... any suggestions?

I just learned the drinking age was 21, but heard that it really doesn't matter as long as you're over 18.
