Absolutely you want to go for the 7 day..I agree with everyone else. 4 days is not worth the effort in packing etc (it's just a tease) not to mention you are usually sailing on a much older boat and have been told by my travel agent that these quick trips can also be attractive to they "younger/college" crowds. Just thought I'd mention that as well. Good Luck and enjoy!
