Does anyone know what types of dancing will be on the cruise? Salsa/latin dance, swing dance, line dance, etc,

Hi rlw33, welcome to Cruise-Chat. There are all types of dancing, everything you mentioned and then some. Check your Carnival Capers for times and locations. You will receive one in your room every evening. Best wishes and have a wonderful cruise!

Like Penny3333 said there are all types. I say have fun and dance your pants off! Also, if you get a chance go to the dance contests at night, it is hilarious watching some of those folks bust a move!

Don't forget the doc dance BEFORE you get on the ship! (Billy Idol's "Dancin' With Myself" comes to mind).

For us more traditional folks there is even ballroon dancing, you have to watch the capers or ask the band for a waltz or foxtrot but you can get it. And if you want to get a spot on the ships video, do an energetic Rumba at the captains party, that usually captures the eye of the camers
