Halloween and Birthdays on a "Fun Ship"

I cruised every birthday by my self for the last four years, They usually bring out a piece of cake with a candle in it then proceed to embarass (sp) me by singing Happy birthday. I usually get a present from someone Ive met on board that night. However it's not something I can ever see or use again ...lol

As for the costume for Halloween just ware your Birthday suit....It's your Day

LOL thanks for the advice. I'll be going solo as my friends are busy and out of town that week (thus precluding more traditional land-based birthday festivities), so it's nice to know I'll still get free cake and the crew will sing even if I am not traveling with a huge posse.

Somehow I don't think my "birthday suit" will be a good idea to wear to dinner or any of the other Halloween events on board ...still trying to think of real costume ideas...or are those mostly a crew thing?

Aoumd, Why not order yourself the Birthday decoration for your room. It really is very festive. You can order on line and when you board ship and get to your room it is really nice.

Interesting, what type of decorations are these? What do they do to the room?
