Cruised Dec 3rd on the Valor. Had a fantastic time, went with my bother and we tore it up almost every night, slept pretty much all day. Have been on 5 different carnival ships, this one by far rocked more than any other, heard it was something about new stabalizers they tried on this ship, not sure but I was out on the glory during the hurricane and it didn't rock that bad. Cruise director was by far the worst I have seen , but it didn't ruin the trip by any means. It's like anything it's all what you make of it. Ship is designed lioke most of the other larger carnival ships, just different names for bars and restaraunts and different decor... but seriously who goes on a cruise for whats painted on the walls? Service was exceptonal, embarkation was great(especially for Miami) debarkation was normal. Food was fabulous. Not sure what else i can say except you can be as bored or as busyy as you choose!

Absolutely LOVED the Valor, I will have to say that was my favorite ship thus far. We have cruised both RCCL & Carnival. You will enjoy!!

Mornin..I'm new here and to cruising. Presently booked on the Valor in early May 07 and will be in one of the aft cabins (way aft, actually)on the Verandah deck, wrap-around balcony room.

Anyone familiar with this room and/or area of the ship? Whatever you can provide will be much appreciated.

Thanks.
