Somewhere I came across a fax number, but I do not have a fax machine, so could someone give me the exact snail mail address to send my documentation to request a stockholder onboard credit for an upcoming cruise?

Thanks so much!

Look here and click on the link in the middle of the screen. The pdf file has all the details.

I sent the letter and required backup on Oct. 3 and never heard back, though I gave my email address. Sent a like letter to RCL for a cruise even further out and had confirmation immediately, as i always do with them.

This is the first time I have applied for a Canival stockholder credit, and do not know how to follow up. Can you give me the person and email address (or phone, if this is not available), for me to follow up?

Thanks!
Ellie

The phone number for Guest Solutions is on the info page here. Also check with whomever you booked through to see if the credit has been listed on the booking.

I called Carnival, and they checked and said the credit is on the booking. Guess they just do not both emailing you a confirmation of same, even though I had asked for a reply email.

Anyway, thanks!

Great, and you are most welcome. I had a hunch they had already added it to the booking going by past experience with it. All I can say is some Departments are better at doing follow up emails than others. This I know for a fact.

Sometimes the OBC gets posted on our edocs and sometimes it doesn't...but we have always gotten it.

You have to own 100 shares. You get $50 for a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day cruise. $100 for a 7 to 13 day cruise. $250 for a 14 day or longer cruise.

And yes, you can get it with the new Certificates that Carnival is selling. We have gotten both on 3 cruises this year.
