Somewhere I came across a fax number, but I do not have a fax machine, so could someone give me the exact snail mail address to send my documentation to request a stockholder onboard credit for an upcoming cruise?
I sent the letter and required backup on Oct. 3 and never heard back, though I gave my email address. Sent a like letter to RCL for a cruise even further out and had confirmation immediately, as i always do with them.
This is the first time I have applied for a Canival stockholder credit, and do not know how to follow up. Can you give me the person and email address (or phone, if this is not available), for me to follow up?

I called Carnival, and they checked and said the credit is on the booking. Guess they just do not both emailing you a confirmation of same, even though I had asked for a reply email.
Great, and you are most welcome. I had a hunch they had already added it to the booking going by past experience with it. All I can say is some Departments are better at doing follow up emails than others. This I know for a fact.
