Catagory 11 is a suite which means it is larger than the catagory 8's and 6's. As far as the dining table, if you are traveling with others, just make sure that your travel agent cross references all of your booking numbers and requests that you sit together. You can request which dining time you would want and what size table you would like to be at.

You can go to www.carnival.com and take a virtual tour of the ship which will also let you take a look at the catagory 11 suites. If you are working with a travel agent they should be able to give you a carnival brochure which shows the lay out on the rooms.
